With the advancement of insurance market, Shin Kong Life has opened a representative office in Beijing and in Shanghai and a business office in Hong Kong, and continually plans to expanded our operation in China, setting a representative office in Xiamen and Guangzhou separately. We were granted approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission for the establishment of the subsidiary and gathered relevant information as a step towards expanding the China insurance market.

Shin Kong Life adhered to the philosophy of the founder, insisting “one should give back to the community on which its success is built”, respectively established the Shin Kong Wu Foundation in 1974 and the Shin Kong Life Foundation in 1983 to help the people in need of social assistance. Again, Shin Kong Life established Shin Kong Life Scholarship Foundation to provide educational support. In addition to its many years of public service, Shin Kong Life has formed a number of foundations to carry out its social responsibilities.
