Shin Kong Life identified eight groups of stakeholders, and used various channels to communicate with stakeholders about their concerns and respond in a timely manner. Through the operations of the Corporate Sustainability Committee, SKL also integrates ESG topics that concern stakeholders into the responsible groups' annual to-do list.
