1. 內政部推動外來人口換發「新式統一證號」政策，自110年元月起進行外來人口新式統一證號換發作業
1. The Ministry of the Interior has promoted the policy of renewal of "New UI No." for Foreign Nationals and carried out this task from January 2021：
1. 請至內政部移民署全球資訊網「新式外來人口統一證號專區」查詢相關資訊 (如政策說明、中英文版常見問答及多國語言懶人包；網頁連結：「新式外來人口統一證號專區」)。
  Please refer to the "New UI No. for Foreign Nationals " at the Website of National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior to check related information. 2. 本公司客戶資料變更說明
2. Explanation for the Change of Client’s Basic Information in SKL：
1. 客戶於內政部移民署核發之相關證件換為新式統號後，您可透過下列方式向本公司辦理變更。
  You can apply the change to our branches through the following ways after the relevant certificates issued by the National Immigration Agency have been renewed to the new UI No.：
  一、請要保人填妥「保險契約內容變更申請書A」【網頁連結：保險契約內容變更申請書A範本、保險契約內容變更申請書A】並於契約內容變更申請書簽章欄位親簽，併同載有新式統一證號之證件影本，郵寄至任一服務據點辦理
  (i).Please fill out the “Application of Contract Changing” 【 website link: “Application”,“Application sample”】, sign in the column of Applicant, and post it to any of our branches along with the copy of certificates which contain the new UI No.
  二、持雙證件(身分證及健保卡)至本公司服務據點櫃檯辦理契約內容變更。
  (ii).Please present your certificates (identity card & NHI card) to the nearest branch to change the Client’s Basic Information.
